What's happening: Sept, 2022

There's nothing like a sudden change in the weather to remind you that Fall is coming soon. With the Labour Day long weekend behind us, plenty of activities begin to line up for us here at St John's.

September 11 - Choir practices resume. If you are interested in singing along with us, why not join us at 9:00 am on Sunday morning. The choir will also be singing in the Carol Fest this Christmas season.

Septemebr 11th also sees the return of our Sunday School program. If you have any young ones in your household (children/grandchildre/neighbours or friends) bring them to church this Sunday.

September 17 - the return of the WOmen's Breakfast - 9:00 am in Morrow Hall. Guest Speaker: Karen Plater, associate secretary, Stewardship & Planned Giving - Presbyterian CHurch in Canada. Please let us know by Sept 14 if you are planning to attend.

...But God has so arranged the body, giving the greater honour to the inferior member, that there may be no dissension within the body, but the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together with it; if one member is honoured, all rejoice together with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.
